Digital Product Refund, Delivery & Access Policy

Customer terms for downloadable courses, collections and digital resources

My Crafty Business • Created by Deb McDevitt

Effective / Revised: September 17, 2026 · Contact details updated September 19, 2026

1. Final sale after digital access

Because digital products can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately, purchases are final once course access or download delivery has been granted, except for the correction situations below or where applicable law requires another remedy. A change of mind, failure to use the materials, dissatisfaction with personal business results, or a decision not to continue does not create a refund right.

2. Problems we will correct

A duplicate charge for the same purchase.

The wrong product delivered because of a My Crafty Business error.

A materially incomplete delivery caused by My Crafty Business.

A missing, corrupted, or inaccessible customer file that My Crafty Business cannot reasonably replace or restore.

A product that materially differs from the description presented at checkout, when correction or another remedy is required by applicable law.

Contact deb@mycraftybusiness.com within seven days of purchase when reasonably possible. Include the purchaser name, checkout email, receipt or transaction number, product name, description of the problem, and a screenshot with private payment information hidden when relevant. We may first provide replacement files, corrected access, or another reasonable cure.

3. Business results are not refundable

My Crafty Business provides education, examples, planning tools, and templates. It does not guarantee income, profit, bookings, customers, venues, leads, attendance, sales, or business success. Buying costly materials, charging too little, omitting expenses, failing to market, losing an event, or failing to earn a profit is not a delivery defect.

4. One-time payment processing

Current My Crafty Business digital products, courses, collections, and the Complete Blueprint are sold as one-time purchases. The amount shown at checkout is charged once for that product. No installment plan or recurring billing is created by a one-time digital purchase. Duplicate charges, seller billing errors, reversals, disputes, and payment-access issues are handled under this Policy and applicable law.

5. Bundle upgrades and promotional credits

Purchasing an individual course, program, add-on, template or smaller collection does not ordinarily create a credit toward the Complete Blueprint. If My Crafty Business sends a specific written promotional upgrade offer, the customer may use only the credit, deadline and terms stated in that offer. Promotional credits are one-time, nontransferable and cannot be combined unless the written offer expressly permits it. An unused or expired promotional credit has no cash value and does not create a refund right.

Current seven-day exception. An original purchaser who requests a Complete Blueprint upgrade within seven calendar days of the first eligible individual-program or collection purchase may receive a credit for eligible amounts actually paid during that window toward the $490 Blueprint. The customer must email deb@mycraftybusiness.com from the checkout address before the deadline and include the receipt number. The credit is verified and delivered through a written adjusted checkout offer; it is not an automatic refund after using the regular $490 link. Refunded, disputed, unpaid, tax and membership amounts do not qualify. The one-time credit is nontransferable, has no cash value and is capped at the Blueprint price.

6. Recurring memberships are governed separately

A recurring membership is separate from a one-time digital purchase. Membership billing, cancellation, renewal, and membership-specific refunds are governed by the Membership & Recurring Billing Terms displayed or linked at enrollment.

7. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct a delivery or access problem before filing a payment dispute. Nothing in this request prevents you from using rights available through your card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law. If a dispute is filed, we may provide the payment processor with the applicable checkout disclosure, delivery/access records, account activity, customer communications, and policy version associated with the transaction.

8. Fraud, duplicate purchases and unauthorized use

We may investigate suspicious transactions, account sharing, unauthorized distribution, refund abuse, or other fraud. Access may be suspended while a material payment or fraud issue is reviewed, subject to applicable law and platform capabilities.

9. Rights required by law

No term in this policy excludes or restricts a consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a different remedy, that law controls.
