1. Ownership

Original written content, compilations, selection and arrangement of materials, graphics, presentation, worksheets, workbooks, spreadsheet design, examples, scripts, and other creative expression remain the property of Deb McDevitt and My Crafty Business or their respective licensors. Copyright protection is separate from rights that may apply to names, trademarks, confidential information, and other intellectual property.

2. Limited customer license

The original purchaser receives a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased product for the purchaser’s own internal business operations. The purchaser may keep reasonable backup and working copies and may complete or print worksheets for internal records. No ownership interest is transferred.

3. You may

Use the material to operate and market the purchasing business.

Complete worksheets and maintain working copies for internal records.

Customize specifically designated marketing templates for the purchaser’s own events, products, and services.

Allow employees or contractors working directly for the purchasing business to access materials only when reasonably necessary for that business, provided they do not retain, reuse, or redistribute the materials for another business.

4. You may not

Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, share, forward, give away, upload, or distribute the files or any substantial part of them.

Distribute blank worksheets, workbooks, spreadsheets, editable source files, or template collections to clients, students, groups, memberships, schools, communities, or other businesses.

Use the materials to create a competing or substantially similar course, membership, template pack, workbook, catalog, digital product, certification, coaching program, or resource library.

Teach, present, record, publish, train, certify, or coach others using the protected materials without written permission.

Extract or reproduce spreadsheet structures, formulas, dashboards, layouts, calculation logic, branded formats, course architecture, or scripts for distribution or resale.

Remove or obscure copyright, ownership, attribution, license, or branding notices.

Represent My Crafty Business content, examples, systems, or materials as your original authorship.

Use shared drives, public links, group logins, memberships, or downloadable libraries to give unlicensed users access.

5. Limited marketing-template exception

You may customize and publicly use specifically designated email templates, text-message templates, event descriptions, social-media captions, promotional posts, and similar marketing outputs solely to market your own business, services, and events. This exception allows use of the finished communication; it does not allow you to sell, license, teach, publish, or distribute the underlying template collection as templates, swipe files, course content, or a product for others.

6. Spreadsheets, formulas and tools

You may enter your own business information, use calculated outputs, and make ordinary working copies for the purchasing business. You may not extract, copy, publish, sell, or distribute the spreadsheet structure, formula logic, dashboards, layouts, or blank trackers as a template, software tool, course component, or service for others. Facts, ideas, methods, and mathematical principles may receive different treatment under copyright law; these use restrictions are also contractual conditions of the license to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. One-business scope

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, one purchase does not create a multi-business, agency, client-distribution, classroom, certification, membership, or reseller license. Contact My Crafty Business for written permission before using protected materials beyond the purchasing business.

8. No implied permission

A file being editable, printable, downloadable, or technically easy to copy does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute it. A lack of technical copy protection does not waive ownership or license restrictions.

9. Enforcement and termination

Use outside this license may result in termination of the license and may violate contract, copyright, trademark, or other law. My Crafty Business reserves lawful remedies. After termination, the user must stop unauthorized use and delete unauthorized copies, subject to any legal preservation obligation.

10. No earnings representation

No employee, affiliate, advertisement, testimonial, social post, webinar, video, or oral statement is authorized to promise income, profit, customers, venues, bookings, event attendance, recovery of the purchase price, or business success. The products provide education and examples; they do not supply or promise customers, venue contracts, leads, attendees, purchasers, or regulatory approval.

11. Permission and infringement reports

For classroom, multi-business, agency, translation, publication, licensing, partnership, or other use beyond this license, request written permission from deb@mycraftybusiness.com. Suspected infringement reports should identify the material, where it appears, the date observed, and available screenshots or links.

12. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, opening, or using the product, the purchaser acknowledges this license and agrees to follow it. The checkout should conspicuously link to this license and require affirmative agreement to the customer terms before payment.
